Important note for all painting requests: The Board of Directors at Island Walk has adopted the Sherwin-Williams Southern Shores and Beaches color palette as the community's designated color scheme. If you select colors outside of this list, your application will not be accepted. You can view the approved colors by clicking on the document below or following the link to the Sherwin-Williams website. While you are not required to use the Sherwin-Williams brand of paint, your chosen color must be color matched to one of the pre-approved options. Although these colors are pre-approved, an application is still required and you must obtain written approval from the Board before painting.
